Returns, Replacements & Exchanges

At Shop Nandhi, every accessory is carefully selected and lovingly packed — because your happiness truly means the world to us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you’ve received the wrong item, we’re happy to offer a replacement.
To process this, please send us a complete unboxing video (from opening the sealed package to revealing the product) along with clear photos.

Please note:

  • An item is considered damaged only if it is visibly broken in the unboxing video.

  • Minor issues such as detached parts due to adhesive (common in handmade items) are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds or replacements. These can often be easily fixed at home.

No Refunds for Fixable Issues

Handcrafted accessories may occasionally have slight imperfections such as loose parts or glue marks. These are a natural part of artisanal work and not considered defects. As such, refunds will not be issued for these minor, fixable issues. Rest assured, we always strive to send you the highest quality products.

How to Request a Replacement

To request a replacement:

  1. Email us at shopnandhi@gmail.com

  2. Include clear photos of the item and a full unboxing video

  3. We will review and verify the issue, and once approved, a replacement will be shipped promptly.

Exchanges

  1. For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted.
    However, we do offer exchanges under the following conditions:

    • The item is unused and unopened

    • You agree to cover the shipping cost for returning the original item

    • We will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item to you

    Please contact us before sending any items back. Forced returns without prior confirmation will not be accepted or refunded.

All the Approved exchange and replacement will be completed with in 15 business  working days.
